Funds added to a user's Superstrikers account are not refundable and can only be used for competitions run by Superstrikers.

Service users cannot reverse a transaction once confirmed Superstrikers. Under the following situations, Superstrikers may, in its sole discretion, allow any user to cancel a transaction and get a refund for the amount paid, If the user requests to cancel a payment, the website Superstrikers is not required to reimburse any money. Likewise, if the user notifies the website Superstrikers from the registered email address, the website Superstrikers is not required to refund money.

Before returning the transaction money to the User, Superstrikers can deduct any applicable cancellation fees and taxes. Users should also review the additional terms and conditions that apply during the transaction process in case of a conflict between the other words and the present Terms and Conditions set out by Superstrikers. The Superstrikers User Account source will only get the money used to purchase the game.

All refund transactions employ the same payment method or the financial instrument used for the deposit. Refund processing by the internal review team could take 5-7 business days.
